1. Medical Disclaimer

The AI guidance provided by KiddoCare is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have regarding your child's health.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services (999 in Malaysia) immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you enter into KiddoCare. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with people outside your immediate family or caregiving circle.
• You must not use KiddoCare for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the health data you enter.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

KiddoCare offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the respective app store.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app or its backend.
• Use the app to store data unrelated to child health tracking.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the AI.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within KiddoCare is owned by Hanamori Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddoCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its AI guidance. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
